Select another mics on this list if your mic is not working. Click on the small drop-down arrow in front of the Microphone settings on the right of the screen. Step 2 : On the Options screen, click on the Audio Settings panel on the left. Step 1 : Login to Skype with your user id and password. Refer to your computer’s manual for any help. Before following these steps, if you have an external mic, or headphone mic, please ensure that it is correctly connected in correct port.
